This article has been retracted at the request of one of the editors as an almost identical paper by the same authors has been submitted to Il Nuovo Cimento simultaneously. It was published there in Il Nuovo Cimento, 124 (2009) 717-730. doi:10.1393/ncb/i2009-10803-x. One of the conditions for publication of a paper is that authors declare explicitly that the paper is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. As such this article represents a severe breach of the scientific publishing rules. The editorial board cannot tolerate such behavior.
