The annual variation in the periods of minimum solar activity caused by heliolatitude asymmetry of cosmic rays by neutron monitor world net data has been investigated. A sign of this asymmetry is related to the general magnetic field of the Sun in such a way that the cosmic ray intensity is higher in the positive magnetic field sectors. Possible reasons of this effect are discussed.
