We present here the result of observation of TeV gamma ray emission from the galactic plane at a galactic longitude of 79.39° with the Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes(ACT2 and ACT3) between Oct., 1995 and Nov., 1998. Assuming observed data obey Gauss distribution, a formula of the maximum likelihood ratio ? was derived. Using the new formula, we found no evidence for TeV gamma ray emission from the galactic plane within statistic error.
