Magnetohydrodynamic simulation is used to study evolution and propagation of loop-like magnetic clouds through interplanetary space in three dimensions. Results show that a flux rope becomes highly deformed; for instance, a spacecraft located at 1 AU would cross two times the same flux rope when the flux rope has a low inclination to the ecliptic plane. Initially circular cross section of the flux rope becomes very prolate at 1 AU.
