We present greatly improved Laser Confocal Scanning Microscopy (LCSM)
and deconvolution methods for nondestructive 3D imaging of whole
Stardust tracks and subregions. LCSM resolution of 70 nm/pixel edge is
shown, and 40 nm/pixel edge is possible.
