Venera 13 and 14 data were used to study the dynamics of MHD magnetic-field fluctuations for frequencies less than 0.01 Hz in a region 0.5 AU behind the quasi-perpendicular and quasi-parallel interplanetary shock waves on Feb. 2 and 7, 1982, respectively. An analysis is made of the main types of fluctuations characteristic of large-scale plasma-flow structures in a shock layer and a flare ejection. The spectral power density of the fluctuations is evaluated.
