CP Lacertae = N Lac 1936 was discovered during the total solar eclipse of 1936. Based on the photometric observations during 29 nights in 2003--2005, we found the most prominent ˜ 59-min high-amplitude (up to 0.4m) quasi-periodic light variations and 2.29(2) days periodic light modulation with an amplitude of 0.2m possibly connected with the precession of the accretion disk. We show the existence of ``near-orbital'', 0.143-day photometrical variability in our data set.
