The definition of the dimension parameters of celestial bodies has been submitted and numerically applied to the moon, Venus and Mars. The basic length parameter is the gravity potential scale factor R(0) = GM/W(0); GM is the planetocentric gravitational constant, and W(0) the gravity potential on the planeoid. Factor R(0) can be computed from the mean topography radius-vector which is assumed known. The parameters of the tri-axial best-fitting ellipsoids for the moon, Venus and Mars are given.
