New multi-year concurrent ACE, Wind and IMP 8 magnetic field and plasma data sets have been created at one-minute resolution. The magnetic field values are as averaged over 15-16-sec values that were time-shifted to a model bow shock nose location that varies with solar wind changes. The plasma values, determined from input data of resolutions between 60 and 92 sec, are similarly shifted. The shifting involves determining a variation phase plane normal for each input magnetic field point using the "modified" minimum variance analysis of Weimer et al. (JGR, 108, SMP 16-1, 2003). These data sets are community-accessible at the URL below. This paper presents the initial results of analysis of cross correlation coefficients of like parameters from pairs of spacecraft as a function of such conditions as the spacecraft helioradial and transverse separations and the variance level in the field and plasma parameters.
