Airborne measurements of short-period pulsations of charged-particle
fluxes in the auroral stratosphere are analyzed. It is suggested that
these pulsations are caused by periodic oscillations of precipitating
electron fluxes associated with stable Pc-type pulsations of the
geomagnetic field.
