The fabric of space/time can be modeled to have an equivalent mass with fluid characteristics. Therefore all known universe be it mass or energy or the empty space itself are one entity in different states. The model explains the missing mass of universe as well as the missing mass and the shape of Galaxies. An enhancement into the fundamental theories of physics is suggested. The force which is responsible for the observed expansion of universe (Einstien's Cosmic Constant) is explained.Considering this model the nuclear force is explained to be the resulting force from the universal pressure of liquid space. Therefore the strong nuclear force suggested by todays Physics does not exist. Suggested formula for the relationship between the Nuclear force and mass/volume of universe is P=5.89x10 -26x(M/R)4 This is extended to include space and time.
