During winter 1974, two asteroids with perielion distance less than 1.64 AU and inclination greater than 20 deg were observed. The observations and orbital elements are tabulated. Their opposition ephemerides for 1976 and 1977 are presented. The orbital elements of Zhongshan 2 exhibit close similarity to 1963 RH. The investigation of their identity with allowance for perturbations of all the major planets reveals that they represent two different objects.
