The authors have analyzed a high quality data set from the Danish-French
cosmic ray experiment on the HEAO-3 satellite. They have determined
accurate cut-off patterns and performed the isotopic analysis for a
number of elements. The most important result is the persistence of the
Ne-22 excess at particle energies between 2 and 8 GeV/nucleon.
