Much of the discussion at the Second Workshop on Transition Radiation Detectors for the Third Millenium concerned large, new detectors for astrophysics (i.e., cosmic ray) measurements in space; the progress and problems associated with upcoming accelerator experiments; and the validity and accuracy of simulation programs. I will review those discussions briefly here.
