We present an analysis of electromagnetic elastic form factors, helicity
amplitudes and strong decay widths of non-strange baryon resonances, within a
collective model of the nucleon. Flavor-breaking and stretching effects are
considered. Deviations from the naive three-constituents description are
pointed out.
