We present a preliminary measurement of the resonance parameters of the
Upsilon(10580) resonance with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric
B factory. We measure the total decay width to be (20.7 +- 1.6 +- 2.5) MeV, the
partial electronic width to be (0.321 +- 0.017 +- 0.029) kev and the mass to be
(10.5793 +- 0.0004 +- 0.0012) GeV.
