This manuscript has been withdrawn, since the authors have detected numerical
inaccuracies that invalidate their main results concerning the existence of
repulsive Casimir forces within a rectangular piston. Formulas presented in the
manuscript keep still valid. The authors deeply apologize for this mistake.
