We demonstrate that expected efficiencies and purities for $b$-tagging at
SSC/LHC detectors may allow detection of the Standard Model Higgs in $t\anti t
\hsm$ production, with $\hsm\rta b\anti b$ decay, for $80\lsim\mhsm\lsim
130\gev$, provided $\mt\gsim 130\gev$.
