Inclusive Lambda, Antilambda and K0s production in deep inelastic ep
scattering has been studied with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated
luminosity of 120 pb^-1. Differential cross sections, baryon to antibaryon
asymmetry and baryon to meson production have been measured in the laboratory
system for Q2 > 25 GeV^2.
