The EMC- and Cronin-effects are simply explained by a unitarized BFKL equation, where the shadowing and antishadowing corrections are dynamically produced by gluon fusions. The resulting unintegrated gluon distributions in proton and nuclei are used to predict the contributions of the initial parton distributions to the nuclear modification factor in heavy iron collisions. The numerical simulations of the fractional energy loss are extracted from the RHIC and LHC (ALICE) data, where the contributions of the nuclear shadowing and antishadowing effects are considered. We find that the energy loss of gluon jet at the larger LHC energy is significantly larger than at RHIC, and an extra stronger energy loss appears at $k_T <3 GeV$ in both experimental data.
