Guided by idea that the main cause of opposite mixing patterns of quarks and neutrinos in weak interactions of the SM is the fundamental difference of these particles by color degree of freedom, and stimulated by new T2K data on theta_13 angle, one primary quark-neutrino 4-color symmetric positive definite mixing angle equation is suggested in this paper. A minimal model of realistic particle mixing angles (free parameters in the SM) based on that equation and one small empirical universal epsilon-parameter is considered. Basic in the model benchmark particle flavor mixing pattern that includes two united bimaximal neutrino and zero quark patterns follows from the primary equation without free parameters by partial spontaneous violation of mixing-angle and quark-neutrino 4-color symmetry and hiding the quark primary color indexes in redefined mixing quantities. Realistic small, not zero, quark mixing angles and two large, not maximal, and one small, not zero, neutrino mixing angles are just a little deviated from the benchmark values by epsilon-parametrization. An interesting fundamental physics result of the studied model is equal '3' quark color and flavor numbers. It follows from the primary equation and empirical condition of respectively large and small neutrino and quark flavor mixing angles.
