We study implications of thermal leptogenesis for the superparticle mass
spectrum. A consistent picture is obtained if the lightest superparticle is the
gravitino, which can be the dominant component of cold dark matter. In the case
of a long-lived charged scalar lepton as next-to-lightest superparticle,
supergravity can be tested at the next generation of colliders, LHC and ILC.
