I review the status of CP violating phenomena and CPT tests in the neutral
Kaon system. Comparisons of present data with the expectations of the Cabibbo
Kobayashi Maskawa model are presented, with particular emphasis being focused
on the role of the theoretical uncertainties in this comparison. In addition,
novel tests of CPT at DAFNE and Fermilab are briefly discussed.
