As an alternative to the Standard model in which the cosmologcal redshift quantified by relation $\f(z) \sim (1+z)$, we develop a new modified Freundlich's quantum relativity redshift relation that includes a quantative context of cosmic history of the Universe from the present day phase transition with the age of the about $\t_{0}~10^{19}$ s,through the Planck epoch with age $\t_{Pl}~10^{-44}$ s, and a period what includes also the threshold Trans-Planck epoch, with age $\t_{TPl}~10^{-106}$ s, that is the birth moment of our present Universe. We show in detail that the currently value for the Dark Energy (DE) and Dark Matter (DM) obtained by the above conceptions are, exactly 0.75 and 0.25, respectively. Our prediction results are consistent with constraints derived from the one-year, three-year, five-year and 7-years WMAP observational data.
