In this paper we have added the Maxwell, Maxwell-Chern-Simons and gravitational Chern-Simons terms to the Born-Infeld extended new massive gravity and we have found different types of (non)extremal charged black holes. For each black hole we have found the mass and angular momentum. We also find the thermodynamical quantities such as entropy and temperature. Since solutions are asymptotically AdS or warped-AdS, we find the central charges of the dual CFTs by using the Cardy's formula. For CFTs dual to the extremal black holes we have just left central charges while for the non-extremal solutions the left and right central charges are equal if we have Maxwell-Chern-Simons term but not the gravitational Chern-Simons term. The gravitational Chern-Simons term violates the parity and gives non equal left and right central charges.
