We examine the leptonic forward-backward and polarization (left-right)
asymmetries in the dileptonic B -> X_s l^+ l^- decay when the momentum
dependence of $\psi$ and $\psi'-\gamma$ conversion strength is taken into
account. The results indicate only a small shift in the asymmetry
distributions.
