Cosmological metric is one of the basic assumptions of observational theories of modern cosmology, especially for the analysis of the observational data which implies some recent cosmological discoveries such as dark energy. To improve the validity of these indirect discoveries, it is worthwhile to study the cosmological metric forms as more as possible other than the current standard one in observational theories before the data analysis. Compare to the traditional Roberston-Walker ($RW$) metric, in which the proper time $\tau$ is used, we propose to build a new metric form in which a specific coordinate time $t$ is used. At least a coordinate time conforms to specific observational requirement in the application of the relativistic theory. On the other hand, the present observer on the earth is the practical detector who is observing the universe and if we define the coordinate time runs at the same rate as the clock of the present observer on the earth, then the proper time in the universe may not run at the same rate as that in the early galaxy because there exists gravitational redshift effect induced by the variation of density. To replace the proper time by a coordinate time in cosmological metric is not a trivial thing because the cosmological fundamental equation is changed under the new cosmological metric. More important, even $d^{2}a/dt^{2}>0$ is indicated directly from the observational data, it is still possible to have a negative $d^{2}a/d\tau^{2}$ according to the gravitational redshift. It further means that $\rho+3p>0$.
