We report on searches for Flavor-Changing Neutral Current (FCNC) decays in
ppbar collisions at a center of mass energy of 1.96 TeV using up to 0.78 fb-1
of data, collected at the CDF and DO detectors respectively. The rare FCNC
decays presented here are the searches for Bs-> Mu+Mu- and Bs -> phi mu+mu-.
