We perform the Hamiltonian analysis of the specific model of the non-linear
massive gravity in Stuckelberg formalism where the square root structure is
replaced by introducing auxiliary fields. We show that the constraint structure
of given theory varies over the phase space and discuss possible consequences
of this fact for the counting of the physical degrees of freedom.
