Multiparticle production processes in He-Li, He-C, C-C, C-Ne, C-Cu, C-Pb,,
F-Mg, Mg-Mg and O-Pb collsions at energy of 3.7 GeV/nucleon obtained by use of
SKM-200 and GIBS spectrometers of JINR. Collective flow phenomena (directed and
elliptic flows) at this energy have been observed.
