Changes in the degree of irregularity of the modulus of the magnetic field and fluctuations of cosmic rays in recurrent high-velocity flows of the solar wind are considered. It is shown that the dispersion of the field is greater in the leading and lagging portions of the flow than in the central portion. The high regularity of the magnetic field in the central portion of the flow is maintained with an increase in its width. The dependence of the field dispersion on the solar wind-velocity within the flows is investigated. High correlation between the field dispersion and the plasma velocity is observed.
