Observations of four compact PN (NGC 6369, NGC 6543, NGC 7009, and IC 418), obtained at 14.7 GHz using the D configuration of the VLA during 1984-1985, are reported. The data are presented in extensive tables, graphs, and maps and discussed in detail. The 2-cm continuum emission reveals highly symmetric shell structures, whereas the H76-alpha recombination-line emission has significantly different distributions in NGC 6543 and NGC 7009, attributed to (1) line amplification by stimulated emission in high-density regions and (2) electron-temperature variations within the nebula, respectively. Also reported are observations of IC 418 at H110-alpha, indicating an electron density of 18,000/cu cm.
