We show that if the twist of toroidal magnetic fields in the sun is sizeable, a seasonal oscillation of the solar neutrino flux occurs. Although the size of the twist is not known, the development of the twist is believed to be the origin of the cylic oscillations with polarity reversals of solar magnetic fields in every 11 years. We found that with some sizes of twists, both Cl and Kamiokande II data can be reproduced reasonably well. Especially, the fine up-down structure of the Cl data is interpreted as an effect of the twist.
