An accretion disk consisting of a perfectly conductive plasma is investigated on the assumption that the disk is geometrically thin, axially symmetric and steady. It is found that the solution can exist only in a super-Alfvénic region and does not necessarily approach the Alfvén critical point. The accretion flow is stopped at an inner boundary owing to the centrifugal force, and the amplification of toroidal magnetic fields gives rise to the swelling of the disk. Therefore, it is necessary to take account of either the magnetic interaction with a central star or the resistive process decreasing the magnetic fields near the inner boundary in order to obtain the steady disk.
