We describe a phase estimating technique for a stellar speckle image reconstruction, which is based on the phase unwrapping method in polar coordinates. The phase unwrapping along radial lines is favorable to reduce accumulating errors in the phase estimation. This method is combined with Bruck-Sodin method which gives the estimate of the modulus of an object transform without a point reference source. Computer simulations of the image reconstruction are presented.
