The asteroid 2002 NY40 made a very close pass to the Earth in August
2002, when it was observed by observers all over the world in a variety
of wavelengths. We present a full 0.3-4 micron spectrum, which shows a
remarkable similarity to an LL6 spectrum, and discuss implications.
