A two-star photoelectric photometer has been designed for use on the 18-in. reflector at Applachian State University's Dark Sky Observatory. The system will be composed of commercially available components, including integrated detector-amplifiers, stepper-motor controlled x-y stages, and automatic counters. Fiber optics will be used to route the light from the image plane to the detectors. Separate channels will monitor the sky beside each star.
