The fluxes of neutrinos from the γ-ray point sources are predicted assuming the widely accepted picture that those sources are binary systems where one of the companions is a compact object producing cosmic rays. Interactions of the cosmic rays with atmosphere of the other companion is a source of γ rays (via production of π°) and also of neutrinos. It is shown that the ratio of electron to muon neutrino for the neutrinos produced in the sources is, at energies around 1 TeV, much higher than the same ratio for the atmospheric neutrinos.
