A mass correlation of central black holes and their host galaxies(~0.002 within a factor of three) exists not only in normal galaxies, but QSOs and Seyfert Is. This has particular meaning for AGN physics and the galaxy formation models. We propose here a simple formation scheme for massive black holes and their host galaxies, based on the speculation of an evolutionary linkage between the early active QSO phase and the central black holes in normal galaxies.
