Scientific paper

Critical considerations on the dynamics of past, present and future of
the Universe are given. The character of instantaneous description of
Metagalaxy using the Hubble's law v=Hr has been considered. A conclusion
is made that it does not reflect the change of Metagalaxy in time or its
kinematics. an opinion on the unnecessity of L-member is expressed.
