This catalog covers observations made from January 1 through June 30, 1961, for satellites: 1958 Alpha (Explorer 1), 1958 β1 (Vanguard 1), 1959 α1 (Vanguard 2), 1959 α2 (Vanguard 2 Rocket), 1959 Eta (Vanguard 3), and 1959 ι1 (Explorer 7.) Additions and corrections to previous observation listings are presented for Satellites 1958 β1, 1958 δ2 (Sputnik 3), 1958 ζ1 (Atlas), 1959 α1 and α2, 1959ι1, 1960 β1 (Tiros 1 Rocket), 1960 β2 (Tiros 1), 1960 γ1 (Transit 1 B Rocket) and 1960 γ2 (Transit 1 B).
