Cosmic Rays: Propagation, Cosmic Rays: Forbush Effect

Scientific paper

Features of solar energetic particle (SEP) enhancement as recorded by
the Granat spacecraft from March 23 - 31, 1991, are briefly considered.
The event is described by and fitted to a reflective model of SEP
propagation. A nontraditional approach to analyse a Forbush decrease in
galactic cosmic rays is presented.
