A conference on electromagnetic noise and interference produced papers in the areas of planetary lightning and related phenomena, whistler propagation modes, laser triggering of lightning discharges, and power line harmonic emission effects on ionospheric and magnetospheric phenomena. Four papers discussed the evidence for lightning discharges and related phenomena in the atmospheres of Jupiter, Venus, and Titan. For individual titles, see A95-85907 through A95-85917.
