The individual arrival directions of extensive atmospheric showers (EAS) with energies greater than 4 x 10 to the 17th eV in equatorial coordinates are analyzed based on data obtained at the Yakutia station. A large number of EAS groups is detected within narrow solid angles, with the observed EAS forming chains and partially corresponding to extragalactic radio sources. It is concluded that the arrival direction pattern of individual EAS with energies greater than 4 x 10 to the 17th eV has a small-scale structure which cannot be explained by random statistical processes of initial data distribution. It is suggested that the arrival pattern may be related to the location of point sources generating neutral particles.
