The feasibility of intergalactic travel is discussed as well as a human
population, simple life units, and raw information. In a discussion of
an intergalactic arc, consideration is given to the payload, shielding,
acceleration, deceleration, survival, and a program for intergalactic
colonization. Relevance to SETI is of particular interest.
