Multiple-frequency VLBI observations of eight compact radio sources with lines of sight which cross the Galactic plane in Cyg are reported. The data are presented in a table and map and analyzed, with a focus on angular broadening (AB) induced by interstellar scattering. AB is confirmed in four of the sources, whereas the structures of the other four appear to be intrinsic. The AB is found to be limited to a region within a few deg of the Galactic plane.
