We present the results of the recent precise S17(0) determination by the Seattle-TRIUMF 7Be(p, γ)8B collaboration. We discuss new investigations of the robustness of our estimated extrapolation uncertainty. We comment on the comparison of direct and Coulomb dissociation determinations of S17(E), and on neutrino physics and the Standard Solar Model.
