Scientific paper
We extend the Hamiltonian analysis of an R+T2+R2
theory of gravity to the case when extra gauge symmetries are present,
by using the weak-field approximation. Extra gauge generators are
constructed and used to clarify the physical meaning of extra gauge
symmetries.
