Although the programme of the CAMC is principally concerned with the stellar reference frame, the offer has been made to carry out service photometry of objects of especial interest where single daily observations over extended periods are appropriate and where the quoted error is adequate. As a test run of this scheme, the bright Cepheid, Y Ophiuchi, has been observed 34 times during 1986 May - July; the results are presented.
