Preparing an Observing Proposal ... ... has become an increasingly
challenging exercise. With an ever higher pressure on space experiments
and on large ground-based telescopes (and in particular those of ESO),
it has become imperative to present extremely well-prepared documents
to selection committees to get the observing time sought for.
